This session is for anyone carrying the physical cost of a working week in their body;
whether that's desk tension, performance fatigue, or simply not having had time or space
to stop

Drawing on twenty years of movement practice across dance, sport, and neurological rehabilitation, Sam uses breath, awareness, stillness practices and guided constraintbased tools to help you arrive in your structure and explore your architecture through a playful lens.

No movement experience needed - only curiosity. Wear comfortable clothes for ease in movement.

This session is first-come, first-served. Please email anya@waynemcgregor.com if you wish to join. The session is donation-based and pay-what-you-can. Once you have emailed your interest, we will send Samantha’s payment link.
