Here East visits Dublin for European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards

This week, the Here East team headed to Dublin, Ireland for the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards. We were thrilled to be nominated for the 'Excellence in Client-Contractor Partnerships' award with our dedicated partners, JPC by Samsic, who are integral to Here East’s service delivery and driving excellent cleaning results for our client base.

The European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards recognise standards of excellence in client relationships, adoption of smart technology, diversity & inclusion, raising the image of the industry, leadership, new business start-ups, sustainability and rising talent.

This nomination is a testament to the partnership between Here East and JPC by Samsic – a family-run business and exceptional cleaning company – which started in 2015 and has been a significant success story in the eight years since. Together, we are driven by a shared vision and an alignment of values which involve placing a strong emphasis on care, collaborating with others, and having the courage to take on new challenges.

It’s also a testament to our Cleaning Team's hard work and partnership with JPC by Samsic to mitigate and minimise our impact on the environment. At Here East, meeting the highest standards for environmental and social impact is a priority, and we are committed to creating a greener, more sustainable campus. Together with JPC by Samsic, we have been committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible, implementing a range of sustainability initiatives and transitioning to becoming 100% electric.

Back in London, we are additionally proud that Here East's Executive Estate Director, Sara Carthy, has been nominated for the Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023.

The Inspiring Women in Property Awards recognise those working to improve inclusivity, diversity, and equality for women in the property industry. Sara was nominated in the 'Financial and Professional Services' category with our managing agent, Savills.

This nomination serves as much-deserved recognition of Sara’s commitment to the property industry over the past 20 years, and Sara was commended for her resilience, adaptability, exceptional leadership, and dedicated work driving innovation, championing diversity and promoting balance between work and family life, serving as an inspiring role model for other women in the sector.
