Canalside Family Fun Day

Get the whole family involved with Hackney Arts pot painting and tie-dye sessions, as well as pottery lessons with Turning Earth studio. You will have the opportunity to have your creations fired at their Hoxton studio. All arts and crafts sessions are free for everyone.

Hackney Wick locals, Code Street Clothes will also be running free workshops on using upcycled materials to create purses, phone cases and mending your own clothes. 

Circus skills workshops will be taking place throughout the day free of charge, with the opportunity for kids (and adults!) to try poi, juggling, stilts and more.

There will also be a chance to get yourself in the festival mood with free eco glitter face painting. Kick back and relax to some live music while enjoying food and drink by:

MOTHER: The vegan hotspot will be hosting a smoothie workshop and serving up delicious vegan Mexican food throughout the day.

Four Quarters: Try your hand at blindfolded pacman and free play vintage arcade games with the kids at this craft beer specialist. 

Gotto: Parents can hang out by the Negroni bar at this authentic Italian restaurant.

The Breakfast Club: Our all-day breakfast superheroes will be offering £5 beers and £6 cocktails, including Club Punch, Club Spritz and Frose, at their pop-up Tiki bar.
