Join us for the Here East February Wellness Walk!
In the spirit of Valentine's Day, we're dedicating this month's Wellness Walk to self-love. We will convene in the Press Centre Reception at 2 PM on Thursday 13th February. There will be paper and pens for us to write ourselves love letters which we will then walk to a post box to post to our home addresses (stamps will be provided).
This event is open to everyone from the Here East community and is a fantastic opportunity to get active, enjoy nature, and connect with your neighbours.
No need to register, just meet us in the Press Centre reception at 1:55 pm on 13 February 2025.
