Stemettes is an award-winning social enterprise working across the UK & Ireland to inspire and support young women into STEM careers. Co-founder Anne-Marie set up the enterprise to help tackle the lack of women working in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths fields.

They inspire the next generation of females by showcasing the amazing women already working in those sectors via panel events, hackathons, exhibitions, and mentoring schemes. Their vision is that all girls will be able to make informed decisions about STEM careers, leading to improved diversity within these industries.

To me, innovation means doing something in a new way - which may or may not be better but is certainly an evolution on the old.
