#EastLond­onInnovat­ors with Catherine Holloway

Dr. Catherine Holloway is the Academic Director and co-founder of the Global Disability Innovation Hub (GDI Hub) and Senior Lecturer in UCL’s Interaction Centre. GDI Hub exists to accelerate disability innovation for a fairer world and it is part of a partnership which has grown out of the London Paralympic Legacy.

We create new realities for disabled people. We break down the barriers which have been constructed by society and open doors to new possibilities. We tackle the tough problems, which are not necessarily sexy. We achieve this through human centered design and with brilliant partnerships. In short we believe innovation is helping to ensure no one is left behind.
